Acceptance and eligibility

By using the storefront, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy and Returns policies. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and must provide accurate, current information. If you use the storefront for another person or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for them.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or the service.

Products, pricing, and availability

We aim to present accurate names, descriptions, sizes, images, prices, and availability. Screen settings, packaging updates, batch variations, and the personal nature of fragrance perception may affect how a product appears or is experienced. Prices, promotions, taxes, and inventory may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when the store confirms it for fulfilment. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order because of stock, pricing or description errors, payment failure, delivery restrictions, suspected fraud, abuse, or other legitimate operational reasons. Any approved refund will follow the original payment method when reasonably possible.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers must provide a complete, serviceable address and any information needed for delivery. Fragrance products may be subject to carrier, destination, air-transport, hazardous-material, or local restrictions. Risk of loss transfers as required by applicable law and the confirmed delivery method.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy published on this storefront. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch when operationally possible; after dispatch, the returns process applies. Statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the storefront or interfere with its normal operation. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Attempting unauthorized access, bypassing security, or testing vulnerabilities without written permission.
• Submitting false information, fraudulent orders, abusive communications, or activity intended to harm customers or the store.
• Copying, scraping, republishing, or exploiting storefront content or data beyond lawful personal use.

Intellectual property

The storefront design, text, graphics, brand elements, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. No right is granted except the limited right to use the storefront for lawful shopping and account management.

Disclaimers and liability

The storefront is provided on an available basis, subject to maintenance and events beyond reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taiba Perfumes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

Applicable law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction and the store's registered place of business, while preserving mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
